Thank-you so very much for selling our home. As you know, out home had been on the market with another agent for 7 months and we had not received one offer.
We had a horrible experience with our first agent and had reservations about using another agent, but you were able to wash away any concerns we had with your professionalism and warm personality.
When you signed on as our agent, you answered all the questions and concerns we had. You assured us our house would get sold, and within less than 3 weeks you brought us an offer and we SOLD. Kevin, if it had not been for you, I really do not think we would have ever sold.
